Anyone who is a member of the Cartophilic Society of NZ Inc. is eligible to borrow any books from the Society by contacting the Librarian (see the front cover of latest Society newsletter "Cardlines" for the name and address of the current Librarian).

Rules:
1. Up to 3 books may be borrowed each time for a period of 3 weeks.
2. All postal and handling charges, both ways are borne by the borrower. ie. once books are received you note the postage cost and send the same amount back (in stamps) to the Librarian; and of course you pay for the stamps before returning the books.
